1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

• All cookies and edible products are customized and made to order.

• Customization begins once your order and payment are received.

• Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, except in cases of confirmed error by Edible Marketing LV.

2. Processing Time

• Standard processing is 48 hours for customization.

• Large or highly detailed orders may require additional processing time.

• You will be notified if extra time is needed.

3. Shipping

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our shipping policies:

• We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

• Shipping is handled by third-party providers (UPS, USPS, FedEx).

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Edible Marketing LV is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once a package is in the possession of the carrier.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because our items are edible and personalized:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable.

• Exchanges are not permitted for food safety reasons.

• Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing an order if customization has not already started.

• In the rare event of a confirmed error on our part, we will remake or refund at our discretion.

5. Quality & Freshness

• Each cookie is individually sealed for freshness.

• Color variations, slight design differences, or minor imperfections may occur because all items are handmade.

• We guarantee fresh, high-quality cookies when shipped from our facility, but we cannot control carrier handling after shipment.

6. Allergy Notice

• Our cookies may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including:

  • Wheat

  • Eggs

  • Soy

  • Milk

  • Tree nuts or peanuts (depending on bakery partner)

• It is the customer’s responsibility to review product details and verify allergies before placing an order.

7. Customer Responsibility

By completing an order, the customer confirms:

• The shipping address provided is accurate.

• They understand the customization and processing timelines.

• They acknowledge that once a package is shipped, risk transfers to the carrier.

• They have read and accepted all policies including Shipping & Refund Policies.

8. Marketing & Photo Usage

• Edible Marketing LV may photograph or record cookie designs created for customers.

• We may use these photos for social media, advertising, website display, or marketing purposes.

• Personal information (names, addresses, etc.) will never be shared.

9. Digital Products & AI Services (If Applicable)

For any digital templates, AI files, or digital downloads:

• All digital sales are final.

• Digital items may not be resold, copied, shared, or redistributed.

• Copyright remains with Edible Marketing LV.

10. Limitations of Liability

Edible Marketing LV is not liable for:

• Shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier.

• Customer-provided errors (wrong address, incorrect details, etc.).

• Allergic reactions.

• Satisfaction based on personal preference (taste, color shade, design variations).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability will never exceed the cost of the original purchase.

11. Payment & Billing

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

• Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

12. Changes to Terms

Edible Marketing LV reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
