Cancellation Policy

Terms 3 HOUR-Cookie Photo Booth Service Description The Cookie Photo Booth service includes a one-hour timeframe for printing photos onto cookies for attendees at the event. Our team will arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled printing time to set up and will require access to an electrical outlet provided by the event coordinator. During the last 10 minutes of the scheduled printing time, guests will be directed to submit their photos or images to the Edible Marketing attendant for final printing. After the initial hour of cookie printing, the attendant will continue to bag any remaining printed cookies for an additional 15 minutes. The total number of cookies provided at the event will be agreed upon with the event coordinator no later than seven (7) business days before the event to ensure timely bakery orders. Each cookie will be individually bagged for guests, and once the service timeframe has concluded, the table setup will be taken down and removed. Cancellations made at least seven (7) business days before the scheduled event will receive a full refund. However, if you cancel within seven (7) business days of the event, the $150 deposit will be non-refundable, as cookies are specially ordered from our bakeries to ensure freshness for each event.
